Why I Made This I was tired of second-guessing myself — my genius, my instincts, my gut. Somewhere along the way, I had stopped trusting the most powerful guidance system I had: myself. I was overthinking every move and chasing clarity from the outside.
So I stopped. I went back to square one and started diving deep into the science of the gut-brain connection, decision fatigue, and interoception. I began building a simple framework — grounded in research and real-world patterns — to help me reconnect with the instincts I used to trust without hesitation.
Within weeks, something shifted. I was clearer. More decisive. More me.
This project was born from that transformation — from the realization that we don’t need to become someone new. We just need to remember who we are at the core, and build a bridge back to our inner knowing.
That bridge was built using science — and intuition.
